Why has my order not been dispatched yet?

Orders placed on our website by 1pm each working day are dispatched the same day by overnight courier and so will be delivered on the next working day.

Orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the next day, again on overnight courier and so these will be delivered on the next working day after that.

We don't process orders on dispatch items on bank holidays or at weekends.

Most items are always in stock but sometimes, particularly in times of high demand or during offer periods such as Black Friday, this isn't the case.

You will have received an order confirmation from us: please check the "estimated ship date" on that.
