Upper Bungee (grey) needs replacing on the Q Series

The Upper bungee cords are very tough, meaning that an external influence may have impacted the integrity causing the snap. 

The Bungee cord can be replaced: take a look at the following videos and advise if you are happy to do this or whether you would like it returned so we can repair it.

Instructions  

The Upper Bungee can be easily replaced following the below instructions;  

1. Unscrew all 5 screws from bag support bottom cover using a T20 Torx Screwdriver. 
2. Remove bag support bottom cover and then extract the upper bungee. 
3. Insert the replacement upper bungee. 
4. Reinsert the bag support bottom cover and screw into place. Be sure not to overtighten the 5 screws.
