SmartPower battery cannot be removed from the trolley.

It’s a tight fit to stop it from rattling, Sand or dirt can get trapped and make it stiff to release.

Try these steps:

-Press down on the battery while pressing the release button, then lift
-Stand in front of the trolley and pull the battery towards you while pressing the release button.
