Stabiliser wheels for the Q Trolley have broken or snapped.

The stabiliser on the Q Series is very robust and so for it to break it must have experienced a substantial impact.

Instructions 

1. Using a Pozidriv PZ1 screwdriver, remove the screws that hold down the plastic casing
2. Push stabiliser up from below and remove metal pin.
3. Push stabiliser back through to remove
4. Install new stabiliser from below. Insert metal pin and replace plastic bushes.
5. Set stabiliser back into grooves until it sits flush
6. Sit housing back in place, with the end in first. Apply pressure in a forward motion to secure.
7. Screw this back into place, making sure not to tighten the screws too tight
8. Make sure the stabiliser is fully retracted in the vertical position, and the main support in horizontal when fitting, to ensure the correct gear positioning. Screw the plastic casing back on using a Pozidriv PZ1 screwdriver.
9. Reconnect the LED Bulb and power switch before testing
